Why Work in South Holland?

Access to talent has become a key driver for economic development. Demographic change, a mismatch between education and skills on the labour market and economic growth results in global competition for skilled workers between employers, cities and states. International talent attraction is already the solution for fast-growing companies in key technologies and industries, and will be so for the future competitiveness of the Netherlands.Β

The Hague, Rotterdam, Delft and Leiden aim to work together to position the region as a futureproof career destination for international talent, support local companies that want to hire internationals to fill their most wanted vacancies and support untapped international talent already in the region, such as students, spouses and refugees.Β
