Talent for Good Fair 2026

Justice beyond the courtroom

The rule of law goes beyond criminal justice, and requires creating fair, inclusive societies where people can access justice freely and institutions are accountable. Beyond its courts, The Hague's unique ecosystem connects experts in digital governance, human rights, legal innovation and systemic change. This includes organisations such as The Hague Institute for Innovation of Law, which supports people-centred justice, and The Netherlands Helsinki Committee, which strengthens the rule of law and democratic resilience across Europe and beyond. This work is supported by leading knowledge institutions such as The Hague University of Applied Science, Leiden University and the T.M.C. Asser Institute, with The Hague Humanity Hub bringing the ecosystem together.
